  No idea how this branch remains open. I don't want to throw anyone under the bus but we dealt with one employee who we'd also come across at the Strathpine branch prior, she is not familiar with documents supplied by her own bank. The first time I met her she printed out loan documents sent from head office on scrap paper with other documents on the reverse pages, obviously creating confusion. Then again she said, "I don't deal with the home loan stuff, so I wouldn't know". They then messed up the names on the document which forced us to see a lawyer twice, no apology was given and due to time restrictions we had to take the cost upon ourselves. St George employees need so much more training in the most basic of areas which I've never encountered at any other bank.
